SUPERFUND is a long‑term multimedia project, focused on examining contaminated American landscapes and the communities that live beside them.

The work is not a catalog of disaster, nor an exposé driven by spectacle. Instead, it focuses on the quiet, persistent coexistence between people,

industry, remediation infrastructure, and altered land.

The project is grounded in observation and how toxic sites become normalized, how cleanup becomes another form of industry, and how landscapes marked

by environmental damage are lived in rather than escaped from. SUPERFUND treats remediation as a cultural condition as much as a technical one.

Individual locations are named for their designated sites, but the documentation extends beyond parcel boundaries. The photographs are made in
the surrounding landscape, the neighborhoods, waterways, and infrastructure shaped by the presence of contamination.

This body of work sits at the intersection of The New Topographics movement, post‑industrial landscape photography, and visual documentary practice
through use of photography, video, writing and sound. The intent is to create a living, breathing journal entry.
